The SasS went through a strategic revamp to combine a second product focused on Machine Learning previously called IQ.

The idea behind TradeExchange was to create an investment marketplace that would act as an intermediary between self-directed investor and unregistered “publishers” that provide investment advise for subscription.
Deliverables included “publisher” as well as beta user interviews, industry research, personas, feature lists, use cases, surveys, user flow user journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes throughout MVP creation.

The goal of this project was to create a Creative Direction as well as UX patterns for the Client Portal software that consists of more than 6400 unique screens and serves hundreds of large to local banks across United States. The design system included hierarchies of patterns, page modules, and design elements; This system was to inform the evolution of other products and applications in the FIS ecosystem. Tasks included stakeholder as well as customer interviews, research, Personas, Feature lists, Use Cases, Wireframes, prototypes as well as Visual style guide.

We were tasked at redesigning the opening of a TD checking account - the most popular TD offering into a more mobile friendly experience.

These screens represent part of a pitch to Freddie Mac that won over $200 million dollar account to reconstruct current Freddie Mac experience from ground up and unite few disparate applications that exist separately under one umbrella.

This Customer Journey Mapping system has been conceived for presentations in the iLab - an interactive presentation facility that has largest interactive wall coverage in North America measuring about 7.5 x 30 feet.
We created these to help clients understand users through simple but emotionally charged storytelling that visually illustrates the pain points of user experience as well as solutions these challenges.
